The goal of the Harris County Beekeeping Association is to "provide beekeeping education and networking opportunities for individuals and families enthusiastic about honeybees and beekeeping." This organization meets monthly at 7:00 on the 4th Tuesday of each month. Not sure if the meetings are happing in person or are virtual for 2021. This organization is known for having full hives for sale through a commercial beekeeper operation and once as year members can place an order at discounted prices for pickup at Lovelady, TX. This organization is also know for providing a list of honey bee removers who work in the area. The Harris County Beekeepers Association relies upon membership support and requires a yearly modest, dues amount of $20 per individual and $25 per family.
